Ageing

Partly in stainless steel tanks and partly in second and third passage French oak barrels. Then in e bottle for 6 months

Vinification

Fermentation and maceration at controlled temperature for 12/14 days, followed by malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks

Tasting notes

Vivid ruby ​​red with violet reflections, harmonious and clean on the nose with enveloping notes of black and red fruit, on the palate it is soft, round, with a subtle tannic texture, marked sapidity and a final sensation of balance
